We guarantee that our products are all hand knitted and crocheted from top quality materials. They will last for many years if you follow the product care instructions. We will enclose care instructions with each shipped item.
All items are inspected for defects prior to shipping and all sales are final. If you think that the item you received is defective, please contact us prior to returning the item.
Each item is hand knitted or crocheted and takes anywhere from several hours to several days to make. Two Artisan Sisters is not a chain store that sells mass-produced items. The items presented in our store are unique and or made-to-order. We kindly ask you to respect our non-return policy. But just in case...
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY - On our Handmade One Of A Kind Treasures only defective merchandise may be returned for a merchandise exchange or store credit. Items may not be returned for any other reason. Replacement merchandise or a store credit will be issued by mail within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.
Returned items need to
1. Be in original, new condition with all security tags still intact and uncut.
2. Be in original packaging with original paperwork, with RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN ON IT!
3. Be returned by way of the same method it was sent.
4. Buyer must pay return postage and insurance charges.
If your return has been authorized and you were issued a Return Authorization Number, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Returned, defective items will not incur any fees.
Items may not be returned without prior communication with Two Artisan Sisters. Artfire.com. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be declined.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PATTERNS:
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are offered on our vintage patterns.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON OTHER ITEMS are handled on a case by case basis. We always treat our customers in the same manner in which we ourselves would want to treated if we were in their place. We must be notified within 3 days after buyer has received the item if a return or exchange is necessary. You must contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! After you have received our approval for the return, the item must be returned promptly .
Returned items need to be:
1. In new unused condition as it was sent and received with all of its tags attached.
2. Be in original packaging with original paperwork with your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER written on it.
3. Returned to us by the same method we sent it to you.
4.Buyer must pay return postage and insurance costs.
If your return has been authorized and you were issued a Return Authorization Number,depending on the reason for the return there may be a 20% restocking fee. Returned, defective items will not incur any fees.
Upon our receipt of the returned item you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item (shipping costs not included and 20% re-stocking charge deducted if applicable) The store credit will be valid for 90 days toward the purchase of another item in our store.
